Destination : Delhi - Mandawa - Bikaner - Jaisalmer - Jodhpur - Udaipur - Pushkar - Jaipur - Agra - Delhi

Day 01 : Arrival at Delhi

You will be welcomed by our GeTS Holidays representative first on arrival at Delhi International Airport.  Henceforth, you will be directed to your hotel booked previously under your Exotic Rajasthan Tour itinerary.  On arrival in the hotel you will be given a set of details about the Exotic Rajasthan Tour which begins next day in the morning.

Day 02: At Delhi

The day in the national capital will commence with a delectable breakfast served at your hotel which will be followed by an extensive tour of the city.  Our GeTS Holidays representative will lead you through age old streets of Old Delhi to first view the grand edifice of Red Fort the venue for Indian Independence Day celebration.  Also, you will be taken to adjoining areas including Jama Masjid and Chandini Chowk.

A trip to New Delhi will then include visit first to Rashtrapati Bhawan- the Parliament House followed by an en route visit to India Gate.  Conclude the trip with visit to Laxmi Narayan Temple, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple and finally Qutub Minar.  You can also opt to pay an evening visit to light and sound show at Red Fort.  Return to the hotel by evening and take your peaceful sleep.

Day 03: Delhi- Mandawa (275 kms/ 5 hrs.)

This day will begin Rajasthan tour for which guests will be driven to Mandawa post breakfast.  On arrival in Mandawa you will be directed to a pertinent hotel location for your stay where you will be free for relaxation.  Late in the afternoon guests will be taken to the city bazaar from where one can pick some traditional Rajasthani trinkets.  Return to the hotel and relax for the rest of the night.

Day 04: Mandawa- Bikaner (175 kms/ 3 hrs.)

Post breakfast guests will get ready for another exciting excursion.  Shekhawati region of Mandawa is recognized world wide for the marvellous havelis and castles in the nearby towns of Nawalgarh and Laxmangarh; these castles are museums in themselves and oasis of architecture marvel. 
Later drive to Bikaner where first on arrival you will be accommodated in the hotel booked for your overnight stay.  Relax for a while in your rooms and then get going for exploring another interesting destination.  The day will bring a very interesting visit to Karni Mata Temple which is renowned for housing plethora of rats flickering around freely and considered pious pet of the local deity.  In the evening retire to your hotels back in the hotel.

Day 05: Bikaner- Jaisalmer (330 kms/ 6 hrs.)

Enjoy experiencing the gorgeous properties of erstwhile royalty in Bikaner as you set for a sightseeing tour of the region.  First visit Junagarh Fort, the elaborate structure is 986 meter long and has 37 citadels and two entrances.  Visit Camel breeding farm if time permits to view the desert’s best vehicle.  Also visit Lalgarh Palace to feel the royal extravagance at this residence of royalty. 
Later in the day guests will encompass a 6 hour drive to reach Jaisalmer.  Explore the massive Pokharan Fort en route built in complete yellow sandstone fort has some of the most exquisite palaces inside such as, Flower Palace.  Continue your drive to Jaisalmer where on arrival our GeTS Holidays representative will escort you to a hotel for an overnight stay.  Enjoy the evening by Gadisar Lake or a leisurely walk in the local market for a personal feel of the region.

Day 06: At Jaisalmer

Post breakfast on this enjoy your Rajasthan travel with a visit to main sightseeing attractions of Jaisalmer.  Visit the mightiest Jaisalmer Fort; built on a hillock the fort has 99 bastions.  The fort has various exquisite halls and palace such as Singh- Ki- Haveli, Patwon- Ki- Haveli and various temples. 
Later in the day pay a visit to Sam Sand Dunes and en route explore Temple of Lodurwa, Amar Sagar and more.  Sam Sand Dunes complex houses a summer palace and from here start your camel safari in this desert city visiting various traditional sites, ruins of palaces and temples.  Enjoy chatting with the locals and entertainment by folk performers.  Post safari guests will be driven back to their hotel where they will stay for the night.

Day 07: Jaisalmer- Jodhpur (290 kms/ 6 hrs.)

This day of Rajasthan tour itinerary is planned for a drive towards the next destination of Jodhpur.  En route visit Osian Village, the village has 15 exquisitely sculpted Jain and Brahmanical temples out of which Sun Temple, Kali Temple, Sachiya Mata Temple and the main temple dedicated to Lord Mahavira are most popular. Continue the drive to Jodhpur where on arrival they will be escorted by our GeTS Holidays representative to a hotel booked previously for an overnight stay in the region.

Day 08: Jodhpur- Udaipur (291 kms)

Post breakfast a sightseeing tour is planned for the day.  Accompanied by GeTS Holidays representative guests will proceed for a sightseeing tour by first visiting Clock Tower followed by a visit to imposing building of Mehrangarh Fort situated in a widespread of 5 sq. kms.  Also visit a white marble memorial- Jaswant Thada built to commemorate Maharaja Jaswant Singh this will be followed by a visit to Umaid Bhawan Palace a beauteous palace currently functional as a hotel and museum. 
Later check out and drive to the famous City of Lakes, Udaipur.  On the way one can also opt to view Ranakpur Temples and can choose to have lunch at Maharani Bagh Hotel.  Proceeding with the trip guests will finally reach Udaipur where they will be accommodated in a hotel for overnight stay.  Enjoy a boat ride in Pichola Lake in the evening which will be very stress relieving and soothing.

Day 09: At Udaipur

Relax and spend the rest of the day at leisure the lake city of Udaipur which is a cool oasis in the heart of the colourful state of Rajasthan. Guest will then proceed to explore the attractions of the city; Udaipur is famous for its Lake Palace, a magnificent palace now converted into a luxury hotel and the City Palace, which is converted into a museum. The beautiful Pichola Lake, Fateh Sagar Lake and Jagdish Mandir, an Indo-Aryan temple, Saheli Ki Bari, an ornamental garden of Mughals for royal ladies are amongst the other places of interest.

Also, visit Lok Kala Mandal renowned for owning a collection of traditional Rajasthani attires, ornaments, puppets, paintings and other artefacts. Udaipur is well-known for its local crafts, particularly paintings in the Rajput Mughal style thus to witness that one can visit Shipgram followed by a visit to Eklingji and Nagda Temples.  Return to the hotel in Udaipur thereafter for overnight stay.

Day 10: Udaipur- Chittourgarh- Udaipur (112 kms/ 3 hrs.)

Relish your meal on this day of Exotic Rajasthan Tour and then proceed for a sightseeing tour of neighbouring heritage site of Chittourgarh housing various elaborate palaces and forts. Singing the saga of gallant Rajputana rule in Rajasthan the Chittourgarh Fort is one of the mightiest fortifications in the country.  Also explore its vicinity housing Kirti Stambha, Rana Kumbha Palace, Meera Temple, Kalika Mata Temple and State Archaeological Museum.  Later drive back to Udaipur where you will have evening free for enjoying recreational facilities in the hotel.

Day 11: Udaipur- Deogarh- Pushkar (275 kms/ 6 hrs.)

Post breakfast on this day guests will check out and drive to Pushkar.  Pay an en route visit to see the magnificent Deogarh Mahal and explore the regal charisma still dwelling in the Palace now converted into a hotel for a more personal experience with the royalty.  You can also opt to relish your lunch in the hotel.  Continue with your journey henceforth and reach Pushkar.  On arrival in Pushkar you will be directed to the hotel.  In the evening you can enjoy a leisurely walk at Pushkar Lake and return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 12: Pushkar- Jaipur (130 kms/ 2 ½ hrs.)

On this day of your exotic Rajasthan travel take a drive to the temple of Lord Brahma surrounded by the azure waters of Pushkar Lake.  On the banks of the river you will get to see crowds of devotees taking bath in the sacred waters of the lake.  Return to the hotel and start a journey to the next destination, Jaipur.  On arrival our GeTS Holidays representative will escort you to the hotel booked for your overnight stay.  The rest of the day in the Pink City will bring a spiritual experience as guests set on a trip to spectacular marble temple- Birla Temple.  For a fun filled experience of the evening one can opt for a visit to a five star property- Chokhi Dhani exhibiting true Rajasthani culture with its village backdrop and fascinating folk performances along with delectable local cuisines and more.  Return to your room back in the hotel and spend the night here.

Day 13: At Jaipur

After a succulent Rajasthani breakfast start to visit Amber Fort perched on a hillock.  You can enjoy an elephant ride here. You will discover the architectural brilliance of the Rajasthani artists.  A visit to spectacular palace complex of City Palace will provide an opportunity to view fine Indian and Mughal architecture. Afternoon will be scheduled for a visit to Jantar Mantar, an ancient observatory built by royalty, Sawai Jai Singh.  Also, visit another famous site of the city, Hawa Mahal built for the royal ladies to watch the royal procession.  Today also visit the shopping centres, gardens and cultural centres. Guests can opt to dine at Chokhi Dhani a traditional Rajasthani village set up serving perfect essence of Rajasthan tour. Stay overnight at the hotel after enjoying a sumptuous Indian dinner as planned under this Golden Triangle itinerary.

Day 14: Jaipur- Samode- Jaipur (45 kms/ 1 hr.)

On this day guests will be driving to Samode which is an hour drive from Jaipur.  Visit the city of Samode dominated by the majestic castle, Samode Palace also visit the Sheesh Mahal- a hall of mirrors decked with gorgeous mirror work.  Later in the afternoon enjoy a camel cart ride to explore the huge structure of Samode Fort and to explore the cultural life at the villages around.  Return to your hotel in Jaipur in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 15: Jaipur- Agra (230 kms/ 4 hrs.)

Post breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Agra on this day of your Rajasthan travel.  On the route a visit to Fatehpur Sikri is also planned for you to explore the deserted capital of Mughals.  It was built in honour of Saint Salim Chisti.  Explore the gorgeous structures inside including Diwan-e- Khas, Diwan- e- Am and Panch Mahal.  Proceed to reach Agra where on arrival guests will be accommodated in a hotel booked by our GeTS Holidays tour operator in Rajasthan. 
In Agra take some time for relaxation and then proceed for a quick sightseeing tour of the city.  First visit the astonishing site of a magnificent Agra Fort followed by a visit to Tomb of Itmad- Ud- Daulla. Return to the hotel henceforth and stay overnight.

Day 16: Agra- Delhi (200 kms/ 4 hrs.)- Departure (By Flight)

The beauty of Taj exceeds tremendously with the hues of bright sunrays scattering early in the morning.  Thus, guests will be driven to the site early in the morning for experiencing the most enchanting view of the Taj Mahal.  Return to your hotel where you will be served a freshly prepared meal.  Start thereafter for a journey back to Delhi.  On arrival guests will be directed to the airport.  Our GeTS Holidays representative will make all the arrangements for your comfortable flight back home.
