Virat Nagar Museum

Once the capital of the legendary Matsayadesh, references to which have been made in the Mahabharata-one of the world's largest epics, Virat Nagar is now located in Jaipur.

Although not very large as compared to the other museums, the Virat Nagar Museum nevertheless has one of the richest collections of artifacts.

Excavated material like potteries, old coins, seals, metallic pieces, weapons and statues have been exhibited here.
